Hi, currently i have an own HDB(gift- fully paid) and i do not have any transaction before. If i were to purchase a private condo, how many percent will be my minimum cash down payment?

Morning,

As you will be considered as getting your second property, you are liable for 7% ABSD if you are SC or 10% ABSD if you are PR. Downpayment for the purchase should be 5% cash and 15% CPF, if you managed to get 80% loan.
