Hi, Currently i am renting together with my friend the whole unit for 1 year. In tenancy agreement, i am the only one that signed the "sign of tenant" portion, and the rest of my friend listed on the occupant list.
May I know do any of my friend in the occupant list bind to serve 1 year contract? Or they can leave any time they want. we just have spoken agreement to find replacement if somebody want to leave, not writen.
