Hi, can you advise me how to write a complain for estate agent. This particular agent has lied about the owner name. He's not allowing me to have the tenancy agreement, as well as registering my car for parking lot. He said if I want to pay the rent, I transferred the money to him, not the landlord. I feel like I've been misinformed from the start, therefore, I would like to write a complaint. Thanks.
