If you are referring to buyer's stamp duty, it will be a standard 3% -$5400 that applicable to all property purchase.
While additional buyer's stamp duty will be subject and applicable according to nationality status and the number of residential property you own.
And if you are somehow referring to seller's stamp duty, it will depends on your purchase date.
