Hi,

Procedures are Option issued, 5% Option Fee paid. Developer delivers S&P to Buyer within 2 weeks.
Buyer signs S&P to exercise Option within next 3weeks upon delivery of S&P. Within 14days have to pay Stamp duty.
Buyer pays balance 15% within 8 weeks from Option Date.

Hi, after paying the 5% down payment, you will receive the S & P within 2 weeks time. And that is when you need to exercise it at the lawyer office. Could I know which project are you targeting at?

Hi

You will receive the OTP when you pay the 5% booking fee. You do not have to exercise the OTP until you receive the S & P.

The time frame is as explained by Gerald above.
