Hi... Can I check.. I n my husband bought a new 3rm flat with hdb loan.. We are going to sell it as its already abt 6 years.. Can I n my husband buy a condo? Excuetive condo.. ? New or resale condo

Hi Daisy,

As you have already fulfilled you M.O.P. for the current HDB flat, yes you can proceed to sell and buy a new or resale condo.

Generally, you can also buy an Executive Condo, unless you have already bought a susidized flat twice, or some other exception cases.
