Can i check i had just renewed my unit for rental for a year lease with approval by HDB but due to unforeseen circumstances i need to cancel the rental after renting for 2 months. Can i just cancel from HDB portal if my rental period is lesser than the approved period? Tenant are already informed and ok with it too as they plan to move back to Malaysia.
