Hi, Can i buy a EC in the open resale market if i am single and less than 35? What are the ECs available and the price range? How long would the the whole transaction typically take?

Hi, yes you are eligible to purchase a resale EC unit as long as you are 21 years of age. The newest resale EC presently will be at La Casa around Woodlands area as this project has just turned 5 years old. For a 2 bedroom, it is around 850k. The whole transaction will takes about 3 months.

You are eligible to purchase a resale EC. Normal transaction will be a 2 weeks option period plus 6 to 10 weeks completion period.
