Hi, can I ask if a flat is nicely decorated and the owner is asking $100K for COV, is this reasonable? It's a unit at Hougang Ave 1, with only 4 storey 2 units each, what type of hdb is that? And does valuation take into account the condition of the renovation? Thank you.
