PropertyGuru primarily features listings from registered agents with paid subscriptions, not directly from property owners.
Also, there isn't really a financial sense in spending tens of thousands in subscription and advertising fees with PropertyGuru just for one HDB resale listing. You would be better off just paying an agent to do it.
If you wish to DIY the sale, HDB does have its own resale portal for home owners to post their own flats for sale. However, most buyers are still looking through agents or platforms like PropertyGuru, and you probably want more buyers to see your advertisement for the best chance of getting a great sale price.
