Hi, can anyone pls tell me what is the market value for the whole 3NG HDB rental? Because I try to have my rental review for my tenants. However, I don't know how much can I increase their rental? 1 common bedroom & 1 master bedroom with attached shower/toilet room. 2 bedrooms also have air-con attached. 15mins can walk to Outram Park mrt & 5mins on Buses to Outram Park mrt.
