Hi, can anyone please suggest if a minor buy a Singapore PR condo in Singapore? if yes then next question if Singapore PR parents own hdb as first house then do we need to pay additional duty for buying condo on minor's name?

One needs to be min 21 years of age to buy/own a property in Singapore.
