hi, can anyone please help me with the below questions? thanks 1) what is the current valuation of a 2 bedder (947sqft) high floor unit at Tierra Vue? 2) is it possible now to set current selling price at 1.5million for the above mentioned unit? 3) I am considering in buying a 5 bedroom flat at a point block in new upper changi road block 60/61 ,as the age of the flat is more than 35 years already, can we still get the loan from the back? (I am below 36) 4) if it happens that the government wish to ennloc the hdb flat,will they compensate the current hdb owner at valuation price or they will compensate nothin but give the resident a new unit for foc? thanks

Dear sir/madam, Highest recorded transaction based on per square foot in Tierra Vue was >$1400 for a 1055sqf unit back in 2013. I must say there maybe chance to secure an offer around $1.5m given the rarity of units churning out from this location at St. Patrick. Concern will likely be the downward sentiments of private apartment/condo market. Loan for resale HDB above 35 years is still possible, and it is financially prudent to work out your sums accordingly for the switch with the recent many changes to the HDB market.
