Both my wife and I are Malaysian PRs.
My wife is considering in applying to convert to Singapore Citizenzhip and I maintain my PR status.
I owe a property in Malaysia. Question is:
a) For one Singaporean and one PR (as for my case if my wife's application is successful) are we eligible to buy a new EC? I know there is a regulation that forbids any property in overseas as in my case.
