Hi,

As a Singapore PR and a first property buyer, may I know what are the different charges that I need to pay if I'm going to buy a condo? What are the percentages of Stamp Duty / Agent commission and any other costs that I need to pay? I would like to know so that I can work out the amount I need to pay upfront to buy a Condo unit.
