Hi any professional rental agent out there that can help me. I my staying in a 5rm flat in amk. I intend to rent out my master bedroom and have call a few agents for enquiries. Some agents told me that i need to do stamping for my room rental while others say no need. My question is:
1) Is it a must to do stamping for room rental?
2) If yes, what is the use of stamping for room rental?
3) And how come different agents give different advice regards to the need of stamping for room rental?
