Not possible. A 1-BR condo easily cost $500K to $600K, some even much higher dependings on location. This would alraedy take up 60% of your budget, and the other 40% to buy a 2-BR is not possible.
Your $900K might still be able to buy 2 units of 1-BRs. A recently launched Parc Rosewood (at Woodlands) has 1-BR ranging $450K. You might be able to get 2 units there. Be fast, as this project the take-up rate is very fast.
