Hi,

There are some names that comes to mind, but for TOP 2021 projects it is pretty limited, and $1200 psf may be only possible for new launch projects in areas further away from city.

For a start you can consider these few projects that are likely to TOP in the next 2 to 2.5 years.. namely The Alps (at Tampines), Parc Botannia (Fernvale Sengkang) and The Garden Residences (at Serangoon Gardens). However their pricing will likely be higher than $1200 psf.
