Among La CASA, Eight courtyards which is good for investment? La CASA is older then 8 court yards.

Or between Casablanca or la casa? which is better for investment

In general is EC is better or condo is better for investment? and why

Hi,

If you are eligible for new ECs, you may want to apply for that as its more competitively priced and has newer lease tenure, and if you are first timer, grant is available. There are some new ECs for sale near La Casa.. however the downside is you have to physically occupy the unit for 5 years before you can sell or rent out.

Purchase resale EC is the same as purchasing resale pte condo, just that pricing may vary slightly. Would you be keen on Northoaks instead as I have a unit for sale there at a competitive price? Thanks and hope to discuss further.

Hi, if your budget allows, it is always advisable to go for a private unit than an EC. Generally, a private condo will have a much better rental yield as well as capital appreciation. Perhaps we could discuss more via email and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
