Hi Mr Liu,
To be honest, what are the chances that there is good buy on the market right now? I believe that if you are looking for reasonable buys, you have good chance, since if it is a good buy, I do not think the seller will need to engage the services of a real estate salesperson. Engaging the services of real estate salesperson is to try to sell at a higher price, otherwise what basis do we have to request for owners to pay for our services?
