hi all, we are planning to buy vibes at serangoon, holding hdb 3 rooms. i planning to sell the hdb once the vibes will be top, if, how much ABSD should i pay now whether the vibes will be considered as second property for me or not. If i sell it now, i should go and stay in the rental home. it's not affordable for us.i saw in the ad that 2 bdr is $9,50,000 for penthouse. Is there is any chance that we can buy it for $9,00,000(2 bdr with 2 toilets). Is there is any other extra cost that i should pay and when i should pay. Can u give me the payment schedule for 20% downpayment and 80% bank loan it means when and how much i should pay for bank (up to top and after the top). i am ready to proceed if the price (9,00,000) is ok.if there is no chance, then tell is there is any other freehold condo available within the same budget and in the same place. thanks alot and give me the best advice.
