Hi All, Pls help me to answer my questions.
I am Foreigner and I rent the Whole Flat House at Geylang Serai.In property guru ,Agent announced at open house view.I entered a contract which will effected on 1st February.Before that Owner and Agent refuse to give me a house key and never answer my call.One week before my commence date I went down to this room and another Tenant are just move in.They enter a contract later than me.I have informed to police and Police said both of them are cheated more than 10 Tenants.I logged in Small Claim Turbinal and Tribunal issued Order already. Until date 10/04/2011 Tribunal Order for both Owner and Agent Company is over and I didn't get back my rental fee at all.Agent company didn't settle my case and Police didn't take any action on them also.I have no afford to hire a lawyer.Kindly advise How the way to get back my money.
