Hi all. Please give me a solution.
I signed the rental contract and it is going to expired end of December. But Now I want to terminate the contract early. Actually I did pay deposit to Landlord and I believe He will take my deposit If I terminate my contract earlier I'm Ok with that. My question is. DO I have to pay anything without deposit that He took? OR? When He took my deposit that's over.

Hi Don,

Read your tenancy agreement carefully, especially on the portion of violation of tenancy agreement to understand what are the likely compensation.

Go to the salesperson who have brokered this transaction for you to assist you to sort this issue out as it is rightfully his/her responsibility.
