Hi all,
My owner , a young couple with 6 yo child.
Currently theres 4 other tenants inc me living in the house.
In this case , does it consider over the max occupancy limit?
If we exclude the kid, theres only 6 adults living in the unit.
in the case the house owner has 3-4 young kids, means they cannot rent out the room then?
