Hi all, kindly asking for advice on successful appeals for sale of HDB before MOP date.

The situation:
My estate is Fernvale Link and my MOP date is July 2022.

I'm currently staying with my wife in a 4-room flat and we are planning for kids. My elderly parents (68 & 74) rely on me financially as they are both retired. I plan to buy a private property to have them move in with me in the future.

Timeline would probably be early to mid 2021.

Appreciate any advice on this, thanks!
