Hi all, I'm looking to rent my own place, without any other tenants and landlords around. I'm single and sg citizen. My budget is $1.5k/month, is it possible to rent a small place, like a studio apartment? The landlord must allow me to have my pet as well. Looking at places along east/west (pasir ris till clementi) and circle line only.
