Hi all, I'm looking for a studio or 1-rm condo unit near Serangoon / Woodleigh / Braddell / Lor Chuan / Balestier or near Parkway Parade area, ready to move in or TOP within this year. With a budget of about 600 - 650k, are there readily available units or should I adopt a wait-and-see approach since the market seems to be cooling? Thanks!

I have 2 studio units at 8 @ Woodleigh. If you can stretch your budget to $680K, I can help to convince seller.

There are many reports and talks that the market will be sliding, prices will drop. But as of today, look at the new launches, there are still many buyers. At this moment, sellers have no reasons to sell low, since there is employment, low interest rate, no major bad news to force them to sell low.

For own stay, buy it while you like it and when your financial permits. There is no right or good time to buy. Nobody is able to tell when is the correct time, because there are none.
