Hi Mr Ali, It is advisable to look for serviced apartments instead of residential property rental. Under the regulations of Singapore, rental for residential properties has to be minimum 6 months period. It has been reported recently that the authorities have repossessed 2 units of residential apartments for flouting this regulations.
