Hi all,

i'm a PR now, i want to buy a condo or 10years EC with my wife.my budget is around $450k-$550k. i want to know is it enough money to buy a secondhand 1+1 or 2+1? i dont care the location, but if can near the MRT is much more better! or this budget only can buy a new launch?

both of you are PR? PR can't buy new EC only resale. With $450k-550k budget is very hard to buy anything in today's market. Read More
