Hi, it's good to check with your company's terms of employment, usually they would require you to declare if you are doing anything on the sidelines. If you are in a statutory board or government organization then you need a letter of approval to be a real estate agent.

In general, I believe that CEA welcomes all parties who are eligible and qualified to practise, but usually, the limit lies with the present full time employment contract you have signed, therefore we can only provide an answer when we know of the status.

I have with me 3 part time agents and trust me, if they have the luxury to quit their full time employment, they are likely going to be top producers with their hunger and drive, their thirst for knowledge.
