Hi all, i like to rent out my mansionette, but dont wish to be represented by agent.. Possible that an agent help me find tenant but get commission from tenants?

Afternoon,

Under CEA ruling, we can only advertise for the landland we are representing them. With that, we are not allowed to represent the tenant as this will result in dual representation.

Hi, if you would like to save on commission, you may advertise via free website like Gumtree or pay a small subscription via Easyroommate.
