$850k range would probably get you a unit below 800sqf for Waterview and units in the east. Unless you are considering slightly older projects like Whitewater, your choices could be pretty limited. Also, the given budget is a figure you have derived from your banker or something you have worked out on your own. I am not sure if you are aware of the latest MAS regulations to the banks regards to home loan therefore I will definitely check with all my clients pertaining to this prior to proceeding to make further inroads to househunting procedure.
