Hi All,
I bought a BTO 5yrs ago with my mum under common in tenancy,i own 99% and my mum own 1%,but I am PR but my mum is citizen,so we get the grant 30k.now we gonna sell the HDB.
1.) the cash proceeds will follow 1&99% to return us?
2.) the grant is from my mum’s CPF ,so the 30k have to return to her account ,right?
3.)is it all cash proceeds have to deduct all payment we made plus interest to CPF 1st,then balance jus base on 1&99% return to us?
