Hi Htay, yes both you and your friend are eligible to purchase a resale EC unit. I have brought several buyers to La Casa at Woodlands to purchase their dream homes as this EC just turned 5 years old and the surrounding still looks brand new. Good evening Mi Mi! Yes both of you are eligible to purchase resale EC together. Why not let my panel of bankers to advise you on your in principle approval first then we work things out from there? Cause there are alot loan regulations like total debt servicing ratio to adhere to. Btw Mi Mi, do take note that both of you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of the usual estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty due to your SPR status. Hope it helps!
