Hi all, i am the essential occupier in resale HDB flat (my wife is owner) we are staying this flat over 2years. Here i have question. I understand that i cant buy any property before fulfill the MOP 5years

But is it okay to buy condo which just start to construction and TOP after 3years?

or just pay deposit first?

The rules states that you can only purchase a private residential property upon fulfilling the 5-year MOP period.

Is your flat a subsidized flat? Typically you have to wait 5 years for MOP to be up to be able to purchase. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
