Hi,

do u have any existing housing loan? If not, it may be possible depending on yr monthly income other than your available cash and CPF monies.

Do u mind if its slightly out of central as the prices there are lower?

    Dear Jolene, I don't have any outstanding housing loan. Currently,I am staying with my parents.
    From what I understand, the maximum loan from the bank is 80%. Is it a must for monthly income to exceed 8k to apply for condo?
    How about eastern part?
