Hi All,

I am planning to rent out my HDB starting from Jan 2017 . (whole flat due to migration)
My MOP ends on the 30th Nov 2017.
Am wondering if i can start to advertise my hdb for rental now? and how do i got about doing this?

Afternoon Ali,

As the MOP have not being fulfilled, you will not be eligible to rent out the entire unit. However, if you have being assigned overseas due to work requirement, we can appeal you case to HDB.
