Good evening Giri,

What's the lease term and budget you are looking at for your long term lease?

Agent commission for lease will be 0.5 month rental for 1 year lease while 1 month rental for 2 years lease.

Hi, for your long term rental, and if the rental amount is more than $3000, you need not pay any commission to your agent. As your servicing agent would be sharing his or her commission with the landlord agent. Hope my explanation helps. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Hi Giri,

As for the service fees applicable for the long term rental, given that rental rates near GIIS and CBP are usually under $4000 for a 3 bedroom unit, 0.5 months worth of rental plus 7% GST will be applicable for 1 year lease. For 2 years lease, it will be 1 month worth of rental plus 7% GST.
