Hi All, I am looking to rent a 4 bedroom HDB flat in Redhill area. I viewed a few units which have 2 combined rooms making the 1076 sq feet unit having 2 bedrooms rather than 3 bed rooms as originally designed. Some of these are on very high floor and nicely decorated. Anyone can advise me what is a fair rental rate for such a unit? Very high floor (>25th), nicely renovated, fully furnished,Blk 75B, 1076 sq feet,corner unit? An agent says such a unit will go for 3300per month onwards, is that true?
