Hi All, I am currently tenanted in a condo unit and will be moving out end of this June. I am not satisfied with my current representing agent as I think all along she has a conflict of interest (she always in favor with the Landlord's decision) therefore I would like to check: 1) Can I change to other agent to represent me during handover?
2) Can I engage another agent to be my third party witness during the handover process?
3) I would like to video the whole handover process and record down all of our conversation during the handover just in case my representing agent did not treat me fairly during the handover process,I can use it as a backup for complains.
4) Can I engage a lawyer to represent me during the handover process. (though I will be present during the handover just want to ensure the agent won't do anything unfair during the whole process)
5) Is it compulsory for the landlord to be present or she can just assign an agent to represent her during handover?thanks!
