Hi All,

I am a PR currently owning a HDB 4 Room flat, Re-Sale Flat bought on Jan 2010. I am planning to buy a Condo in Singapore. I have the following questions.

1. Am I eligible to Buy New Condo or Resale Condo?

2. How much % of Loan I will get from bank?

3. Any Income ceiling for buying Condo?

4. After buying Condo, Can I stay in Condo & Rent HDB?

Morning,

1) If the HDB flat that you had bought is on Bank Loan and without CPF Grant, then your MOP is 1 year, and you are eligible to buy Condo (New or Resale).

2) If you have existing mortgage loan, then the next loan will be max at 60%.

3) No income ceiling for buying pte condo.

4) Yes, you are allow to do that.
