Hi all,

I always see the word - "Guide Price" on some of the condo pricing, what do that actually mean?

Does that mean that i only need to pay base on the "Guide Price" as per indicated? It is unclear for prospect like me.

Thanks.

Hi, Guide Price means that the asking price would be hovering the amount stated and it is non negotiable. I would be most glad to assist you further and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Dear sir/madam,

Property market is unlike the supermarket where the price tag affixed on the product you are interested to purchase is fixed and paid up at the cashier. All prices advertised for properties on sale or rental are subjected to negotiation. The term guide price is usually defined as a probable price to conclude the deal. Let me know how you may like us to assist you further.
