Do you have a need to sell your existing property? Otherwise, if you have an alternative accomodation, I'll rather you rent out your unit between $2.7k to $3.2k depending on flat type, conditions and furnishing options.
As for selling, it will be inappropriate for me to quote you any figures as it will be unfair to you if I quote you a high figure but yet not achievable if your unit's condition does not match my assumption, but should I underquote you, the full potential of the selling price may not be realised should you decide to hold.
