Hi All,

Currently I rent a room and there are some arguements with the landlord. I have some queries as below:

1. I paid for one month deposit and half a month for the agent fees. If I terminate the contract early, what do i lose? eg one month deposit? Do i need to pay back landlord agent fees?
2. i was told that my rental include all the electricity, internet and water usage. However the landlord is quite strict on the usage of electricity and water. No aircon for my room. What should I do now?
3. Can i say that they break the agreement that restrict me from usage of electricity and water that i have to terminate the agreement and take back my deposit?
3. What is the worst scenario if I break the agreement?
4. Can I look for the agent to solve on this issue? What happen if my agent does not want to listen to me?
5. In the meantime, I plan to look for a new room to rent.
