Could any expert advise me the current market rent for a 2-bedroom ground floor unit (with patios), semi-furnished in good state of maintenance, at Ventana on Pasir Panjang Hill, please?

Rather than we give an estimate figure, how about yourself? What do you think is an acceptable figure for rental of such unit?
