Hi all condo experts,
What is your take on a unit at D'Nest, Pasir Ris for investment/self stay.
Secondly, why is the take up rate for 2 bedders so fast...is there a special reason?

Firstly D'Nest is located in a very good location in Pasir Ris. Comparing to other projects, D'Nest is very near to White Sands and also MRT. It also emphasize the living lifestyle with its wide spectrum of over 60 recreational facilities. As such, it is also good for family living as well.

The quantum for D'Nest is also very attractive so it is consider as a very good buy for investment or for own stay purpose.

Hi

Usually the 1 and 2 bedder are the ones to be fully sold first as they are cheaper and thus easier to get financing. It works for almost all the projects as well. Cheers!
