It depends on the size, facing and floor, and whether it is furnished. Given its unique attributes, I would say $4500 onwards is not impossible but take note there's also a lot of competing units put up for rent.

I'm active in the east and currently have a tenant looking around the eastern region. Thanks and may I assist with your rental plans further? Hope to have the opportunity to work with you.

If you are looking to rent it out fast, perhaps $4200 would be an attractive price to do so. If you wish to hold out for better pricing, 4500 is likely the price as what my fellow professionals have indicated. I do have tenants on hand interested in this project but subjected to price match.
