Hi agents, would like to ask if it is legally correct for the landlord to advertise for the sale of the unit if the tenant has done the following.
1. Paid a month's deposit
2. Paid stamp duty for the TA
3. Activated SP services
The TA which has been signed by both the landlord and tenant will take effect only in a month's time, for eg, effective in 1 July and the listing for the sale of property is on 2 June.
