Comparatively , rent of your property would depend on the appeal and condition of your house , not able to quote you an accurate figure without looking at your property .

Generally speaking , when buying during a down cycle , landed properties generate higher CAPITAL GAINS than other forms of properties examples condos, however Condo always generate higher rental yields. Alternatively you might want to consider selling your landed property at all time historic high now , buy 1 or 2 condos , 1 for self stay , 2nd condo for rental income
