Hi agents

May i know:
1. If the landlord requests to look at his unit while the tenant is away on holiday,
can the tenant say no?
2. What happens if there is any misunderstanding with regards to the tenants' belongings if the landlord comes in while tenant is away?
3. What is the usual practice between landlord and tenant with regards to checking on the tenant, other than the HDB ruling that the landlord has to check on his tenant regularly?
Thank you in advance for your replies.

Hi, that’s right, the tenant can say no to the landlord in the event that tenant is overseas and no one is at the unit.
